Bass!
We had our great friend Paul Shields over to the studio to lay down some Bass tracks for us! Everything is sounded good. It's all coming together quite nicely.
Half way through recording the 5 song EP. Tomorrow morning (Saturday) we're having Megan Prashad in the studio to guest on our super secret surprise bonus Christmas track!!! It will be included in the EP for FREE on iTunes IF IF IF we get the EP done in time for the Christmas deadline we set for ourselves (Dec. 17)

New Gear
Sup followers..
We're in the middle of recording our new EP!
We just upgraded our studio gear and we're excited!
So I guess we'll sound better! Some not so awesome news, So You Think You Can Dance Canada is over. Well, that might be awesome to some, but they never used any of our tracks. Hence the not so awesome bit.
We'll just keep pluggin' away though. If not but for the love of music!

Tick Tock
Man... Laid down vocals for all the verses. Process is going SLOW! I guess having a baby slows things down quite a bit!
It's all good though. I'm gonna throw down Chorus and Bridge Vocals tomorrow and do a final mix. This track should be toasty by the end of the week!

Almost done!
It took a while but I finally laid down the piano for "I Never Thought" how I like 'em. Bass and strings are also recorded. All that's missing from the new version are the vocals! Still not totally over my cold so it'll have to wait. Very excited!
Still no word on So You Think You Can Dance Canada. We still have a while before the show ends, so who knows! Maybe you'll be hearing one of our tunes on the show!

Working Away
Had a great night in the studio! Chris laid down the guitars for "I Never Thought". We're redoing everything for iTunes because we feel we've grown since we last recorded the track.
As soon as I'm over this cold, I can throw down some vocals but in the mean time, I'll be workin on the piano. I have some subtle changes I want to make.
We really want to get everything up and ready for you guys by Christmas, unless So You Think You Can Dance Canada uses one of our tracks, then we'll launch iTunes with the tracks in their current state!

Gearing up for iTunes Launch
Hey music enthusiasts!
We're gearing up over here for our iTunes launch. We're hoping that one of our tracks gets used on So You Think You Can Dance Canada and even if it doesn't, it's still exciting waiting in anticipation.
We're just doing some final touch ups on the EP which is self titled. Brad Jarvis did
our promo shots which ended up becoming our album cover and we dig it.
Anyway, much love to those waiting to hear and purchase the tracks. We appreciate it. And leave feedback. It's an EP afterall and if there are things we should work on, we'll take it into consideration for sure.
